What You'll Do
As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.
You will:

  • Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team-promoting whole-person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.

What You Bring:
  • Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license is preferred or licensed social worker, recreational therapist, or certified dementiapractitioner
  • Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
  • A compassionate heart and a service-driven mindset
  • A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person-centered care

Pay Range: $80,000 - $82,000 per year
