Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and total health & wellbeing programs, compensation management, employee relocation & expatriate management and retirement programs. Completes intermediate to complex analysis and research, develops and delivers communication material, works with internal & external partners & vendors. The role manages and leads projects and solves moderate-to-complex Total Rewards challenges.
What You Will Do:
  • Administer and maintain assigned equity plans (annual grants, special equity awards and employee stock purchase plans), provide effective advice and communications to business unit coordinators and award recipients, act as liaison to internal and external partners to ensure proper issuance, reporting and integration of equity related transactions, analyze data to ensure compliance and identify design opportunities
  • Completes external market research and analyses to understand Total Rewards trends, provide insights and recommendations to enhance current Total Rewards programs or potential new programs
  • Administers Total Rewards programs, communicating with internal customers and partnering with external vendors
  • Performs qualitative and quantitative research on total rewards related programs to support business and talent challenges
  • Leads Total Rewards related projects, interacting with consultants and internal partners
  • Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data in line with company policies

What You Have:
  • Education/Experience: Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to partner with Human Resources, Tax, Accounting, Payroll and Legal teams globally.

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
