This role designs, implements, and manages comprehensive total rewards programs that align with the organization’s goals, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement. You will also create and implement compensation, benefits, HR Information System (HRIS), and recognition strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maintaining internal equity and compliance with relevant regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes the organization’s total rewards strategy (Compensation, HRIS, and Benefits), ensuring alignment with business objectives and company culture.

  • Leads and mentors a team of professionals in the areas of compensation, benefits, and HIRS.

  • Designs and manages competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.

  • Conducts market benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain competitiveness and compliance.

  • Evaluates, designs, and manages employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.

  • Ensures compliance with legal requirements and manages relationships with external vendors and brokers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.

  • Experience in developing and managing complex total rewards strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Preferred: Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other similar certification or training.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive positive employee experience utilizing Total Rewards programs.

  • Ability to partner with, build successful relationships with, and influence all levels of employees, including senior leaders and external partners.

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.

  • Ability to proactively identify issues, develop multiple solutions, and successfully present the recommended course of action to achieve target return on investment.

  • Occasional domestic travel.
