Job Description

The Wealth Connect Advisor provides personalized financial education and investment advice to clients through secure virtual meetings, phone calls, and digital planning tools. They assess each client's goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax considerations, and current financial position to develop tailored recommendations that may include brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions. Working in a team-based environment, the advisor builds and maintains relationships, conducts ongoing reviews, and partners with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver a consistent client experience. They are expected to communicate clearly, manage appointments efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, suitability requirements, and company policies. The Wealth Connect Advisor focuses on onboarding new clients to U.S. Bancorp Advisor within the Emerging Affluent client base.

Basic Qualifications:

-FINRA Series 7 along with either Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 as well as applicable state insurance licenses
-Bachelor's degree, background in financial services, investments, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

-Three to five or more years of job-related experience in a financial sales position
-Thorough understanding of residential mortgage banking, credit analysis and approval techniques, and policies and procedures
-Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities are needed as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills via the telephone
-Proficient with various computer software programs including Microsoft Office and financial planning applications
-Strong communication and time management skills
-Bilingual

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $80,280.00 - 98,120.00
