Job Summary:
The engineer uses technical knowledge along with interpersonal skills to understand customer and product issues, and propose solutions and execute repairs. Tasks include field and in-house troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of products. Follow departmental procedures and prepare all necessary reports and documentation. May provide customer support assistance.
Responsibilities:
  • Employee should expect to work and travel independently, follow all policies, and work with specific types of Toshiba s products.
  • Employee will maintain profitability by submitting thorough and detailed reports and expenses in a timely manner. Employee must understand and adhere to the scope of work assigned.
  • Employee`s key responsibilities focus on Toshiba`s standard products.
  • Responsible for all customer interactions in the field to include customer specific reports, requests, and documentation regarding Toshiba s standard products.
  • Employee must possess product knowledge to provide technical support on Toshiba`s standard products.
  • Employee must be skilled in trouble shooting and repair of Toshiba`s standard products.
  • Employee will perform startup and commissioning on Toshiba s standard products.
  • Employee must be able to complete product inspections on Toshiba s simple nonstandard products.
  • Ability to travel both Domestic and International
