Fuji Vegetable Oil, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated team member to join our Maintenance Team as an E&I Technician at our Savannah, GA plant. This opportunity is ideal for someone who prefers overnight work and a consistent rotating schedule that offers built-in time off.

About the Role

In this position, you will support plant operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and product quality in a 24/7 production environment.

This is a hands-on, technical role suited for someone who:

  • Enjoys working independently overnight
  • Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Takes ownership and responds quickly to equipment issues
  • Is comfortable working in an industrial setting with varying conditions
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, controls, and troubleshooting
