The Customer Support Specialist will provide an exceptional order to invoice customer relations experience for assigned accounts. Work with customers to manage product availability and shipment consolidation in an effort to satisfy their requirements.

What Will You Do?

  • Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet shipping goals of the customer(s) and division(s).

  • Resolve escalated parts cases from our customer service associates.

  • Process orders and deliveries,managecalls andmultiple email boxesindependently.

  • Support andcollaboratewith sales and marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and transportation tofacilitateorder requirements.

  • Maintain knowledge of Toro productand support sharing knowledge and training with new employees.

  • Maintain best in class responsiveness to correspondence with internal and external customers.

  • Identify,troubleshootand escalateany issues which would delay or impede prompt shipment of orders.Hasabilityto make suggestions to avoid future issues.

  • Document and update departmental procedures.

  • Take lead in periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.

  • Complete ongoing learning and education to ensure competence withgrowingand changing needs of the corporation, while sharing learning with others.

  • High levelof independence to resolve issues in SAP, export compliance, and Letter of Credit processing.

  • Ability to report to management activities and results of shipments.

  • All other tasks and projects as assigned.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Minimum3+ years of related experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldpreferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate.

  • Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.

  • Skilled data entry and system navigation skills.

  • Ability tomaintaincomposure during stressful situations,remainingfocused on the ultimate objective.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with awide-rangeof internal and external customers.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

  • ProficientinMicrosoft Office programs,including strong keyboarding skills.

  • Experience with order related systems; SAP,product knowledge and configurationsrequired.

  • 0 to 10% travel (domestic and international).

  • Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $52,000 - $64,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
