Job description

Orlando Torah Academy is looking for a warm, positive, and caring Toddler Lead Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. A strong candidate will bring a nurturing and engaging energy to their classroom.  They will have experience working with early childhood students and/or have CDA certification.


This position entails:

  • working with children in the development of language, fine and gross motor, early math, and social-emotional development.

  • creating engaging materials and daily activities

  • working as a team with one or more Assistant Teachers, and collaborating with our Early Childhood Director 

  • handling basic parent communications and concerns

  • participating in Parent-Teacher Conferences and school events

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated, passionate about their profession, and a positive role model for the children.
