Job description

URGENTLY HIRING


Topsail Steamer is seeking energetic, dependable team members to provide exceptional customer service and help create memorable family seafood experiences. Crew members are responsible for preparing signature seafood steam pots, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


Pay: $11 per hour, plus tips 

Hour of Operation: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Hours per week: 10-20 to start with the opportunity for more in the future

Location: Gulf Shores, Alabama


Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist customers with selecting seafood steam pots and add-ons.
  • Prepare and package steam pots according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
  • follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.


Qualifications


  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills,
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required.
