We are looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Loan Officer Assistant to join our team at US Mortgage Corporation in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the loan process from start to finish and have the ability to communicate with borrowers and agents in Spanish.
As an LOA, you will work directly with the customers to clear underwriting conditions and ensure a smooth, on-time closing. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with a competitive bonus plan. Compensation: $60,000+
Responsibilities
• Provide operational support to one of the top Spanish-speaking loan Officers in the Country
• Assist clients as well as other team members to ensure a smooth loan process
• Manage a personal pipeline of 10-15 loans at a time while interacting with agents and borrowers as needed
• Assist other LOAs on the team with their pipeline as needed
Qualifications
• Must perform well in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
• Must have superior problem-solving skills
• Must be very knowledgeable about conventional and FHA loan products
• Must have a very strong understanding of the loan process from application through closing
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English
