Imperia Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is centered within a specialized detox center, where you will play a critical part in delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals navigating substance use challenges. This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a collaborative work culture. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering vital mental health services and developing innovative programs tailored to the needs of our detox clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Imperia Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary based on measurable outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based support and strategies to families and clients, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
• Engage with clients through face-to-face video sessions, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
• Educate families regarding developmental milestones and support techniques for their children.
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching practices in your interactions with clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding mental health services.

Your primary focus will be infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges due to substance exposure or related issues. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and educators, you will address the unique needs of these young clients and their families, helping facilitate their journey towards recovery and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for home visits if needed.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client cases effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical for building rapport with clients and families.
• A commitment to utilizing an evidence-based approach to care.
• Willingness to engage with a diverse population and adapt strategies to meet various learning styles.
