• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies that are tailored to the individual goals and circumstances of each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused methods.
• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively managing urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated with the latest advancements in mental health best practices.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse adult clients who seek support for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will facilitate a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, guiding them towards achieving their mental health objectives.

• A valid and active mental health license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach, showcasing a non-judgmental attitude towards all client interactions.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a loaded caseload while ensuring quality care.
• No history of disciplinary actions or grievances with licensing boards.

• Experience in virtual therapy modalities and familiarity with telehealth systems, contributing to a smooth transition into the role.
• Previous work with a diverse clientele across various mental health concerns enhances your ability to relate with and support clients.
• Demonstrated history of engaging in continuous professional education and development is preferred.
