• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaborate on tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive appropriate support and referral to specialized services if needed.
• Guarantee accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and community services to ensure comprehensive care pathways for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to facilitate informed decision-making and advocacy.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and team meetings, ensuring you stay updated with emerging mental health practices.

You will engage with a diverse client base, including adults facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will work collaboratively to address their unique needs through tailored therapeutic solutions in a supportive environment.

• Must be a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Oregon.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Clinically sound assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health therapeutic role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently while also integrating into a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and continuous personal and professional development.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.
• Previous work with diverse populations in clinical environments is preferred.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
