• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and needs using virtual platforms.

Your work will primarily involve working with diverse groups, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will employ a client-centered approach, tailoring therapeutic methodologies to respect and address the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Your expertise will guide clients through their mental health challenges, aiming for positive, long-term outcomes that enhance overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, permitting you to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, equipping you with practical skills and insights.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
