WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

That means prospecting and building relationships with engineering firms and hiring managers, while simultaneously building a bench of strong engineering candidates you can move quickly. The best days are when both sides come together and you make a placement. The comp reflects that.

This is a relationship-driven role, and you'll have conversations with Engineers, Project Managers, MEP professionals, and the companies that want to hire them. Enjoying speaking to people is a core value for us.

We'll be direct about the profile we're hiring for:

  • Competitive by nature. Whether it was hockey, wrestling, sales rankings, or building a business from scratch. we want someone who is wired to win.
  • Hungry, not entitled. We've had success with people early in their careers who outwork everyone else over journeyman recruiters who have the answers but not the effort.
  • Ability to use the phone. We specialize in finding the right fits for our clients so we actively search for inactive job seekers.
  • Entrepreneurial. Have fun building a business and taking care of your clients.
  • Respect the process. We have everything you need to be successful and will train you to use the right tools in the right way.

THE RIGHT FIT LOOKS SOMETHING LIKE THIS

  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or a related technical field.
