Job description

Part-time Retail Specialists are needed to champion the Forward Madison FC brand and deliver customer-first service.
Team Store Responsibilities include:
  • Sort, price, stock, and arrange team merchandise
  • Use the point of sale system (Square)
  • Become an expert on store products
  • Provide high-quality customer service to store guests
  • Check out in-person guests using POS and follow cash handling procedures
  • Take inventory of products
  • Process online orders for fulfillment including order picking, packing and shipping
  • Use heat press equipment to apply badges and jersey customization
  • Conduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy

Ideal candidates will have availability during business hours (Monday through Friday 10am-5pm) as well as evenings and weekends.
In-season, Retail Specialists should expect to work a schedule focused on staffing the store on game days and during other events at the stadium. The retail team also has the responsibility of staffing merchandise pop-up stands on behalf of touring musicians performing at the facility.
This position is not eligible for remote work or relocation assistance.
