Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking highly motivated candidates with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to fill a part-time Teller position in our La Crosse office. We are specifically looking for individuals who are seeking flexible, consistent daytime hours and a stable, professional work environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking for part-time work between school hours or early evening, including parents, caregivers, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule during the day.
We are currently looking for part-time support to help cover key shifts within our teller team, with availability between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, along with participation in a rotating Saturday shift from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Candidates with availability during these times are encouraged to apply, and we are happy to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that fits their needs.
Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players, while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a strong desire to succeed. Previous cash-handling experience is preferred, although not required. The duties of the position include processing customer deposits, cashing checks, and balancing a cash drawer.
