As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone.

What you will do:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts.
  • Managing the dealerships’ s front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry tasks.
