- Outpatient only practice.
- 1:6 call schedule.
- Flexible schedule (e.g. open to a less than 5-day-a-week schedule).
- Average of 6-10 patients per day, (12 patients per day is considered a very busy day).
- Patient panel ranges from 300-500, tailored to the physician's comfort level.
- Practice in a diverse community.
