Operating out of Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Lululemon, and Mitchell & Ness. In addition to our wide assortment, we are the industry leader in on demand customization.
We currently operate 1,300+ brick and mortar locations, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, and the two largest MLB franchises, via our Yankees & Dodgers Clubhouse. Lids has built partnerships and collaborations with iconic global brands including Marvel/Disney, Playboy, Travis Scott's Cactus Jack, and Post Malone - creating a community where fans, fashion, and culture collide.
General Position Summary
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing high volume data entry that includes tallying and proofing merchandise order forms.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • Enter purchase orders into system.
  • Enter and coordinate store transfers.
  • Perform high volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Follow up and resolve any missing information as needed.
  • Fill in, as needed, for other departments (i.e. receptionist).

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree in a business related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of high volume data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required.
