Tool & Equipment Sales Representative
USA TOOLS is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Tool & Equipment Sales Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you will sell a diverse range of tools and equipment to shop owners, managers, and technicians throughout your assigned territory. You will be provided with a fully stocked Freightliner truck that serves as your mobile showroom, giving you the opportunity to deliver products directly to customers while providing outstanding service.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated salesperson who enjoys working independently in the field, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. You will have the freedom to manage your territory, expand existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities while representing the USA TOOLS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Our internal support team is always available to help you succeed in your new career as a USA TOOLS Sales Representative. We also provide in-house sales training, including our own tool show, where team members can connect with vendors and learn about the latest products in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sell tools and equipment to shop owners, managers, and technicians within an assigned territory
  • Operate and maintain a fully stocked mobile showroom truck
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support weekly
  • Grow sales within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Work independently to manage your schedule and sales activities effectively

Compensation
  • Competitive compensation package that includes a base pay plus commission. Our tiered commission structure is designed to reward strong performance, with earning potential in the $150,000 range for successful sales representatives.
