Job description

Días de trabajo:
Lunes a Viernes

Horario de trabajo:

3er turno – 10:00PM a 06:30AM ( disponibilidad adiestrarse en otros horarios de ser necesario )

Salario por hora:

$15.28 por hora + .75 diferencial del 3er turno

Requisitos:
• Escuela Superior completada en una institución acreditada y graduado de Escuela Técnica de Troquelería o equivalente a grado técnico.
• Lectura, comprensión e interpretación de planos.
• Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación de los idiomas Español e Inglés (nivel básico).
• Conocimiento y experiencia práctica en el uso de máquinas de moldeo por inyección, ó máquinas automatizadas.
• Conocimiento y/o experiencia con herramientas de medición tales como; calipers, micrómetros, para su aplicación en realizar ajustes menores en equipos y/o maquinarias.


Breve descripcion de responsabilidades:
• Responsable de reportar daños de los “inserts” y/o cavidades al Supervisor del “Tool Room” y al Ingeniero de Proceso.
• Se asegura que todo el equipo automatizado dentro del departamento se utilice según los procedimientos establecidos y/o siguiendo las instrucciones de los manufactureros.
• Se asegura de pulir las cavidades del molde de cualquier exceso de plástico, depósitos de minerales resultante de agua y gas, o cualquier otro exceso y/o contaminante.
• Responsable de darle la textura apropiada según las especificaciones en los dibujos a las secciones de los moldes que así lo requieran usando las técnicas de “sandblasting”.
• Responsable de construir piezas “dummies” en aluminio para reemplazar las cavidades dañadas en moldes.
• Construye y reemplaza los “ejector pins” desgastados o averiados de los moldes.
• Remueve y reemplaza los tornillos deteriorados y/o rotos en las bases de los moldes.
• Inspecciona y reemplaza los aros de goma (“o rings”) desgastados y hace reparaciones menores en estas cavidades.
• Inspecciona las travesías de líquidos (agua o aceite) repara las obstrucciones y/o reemplaza los acopladores (“fittings”) de las bases.
• Rectifica las partes que han sido soldadas en el molde.
Aplicando sus conocimientos y destrezas realiza otras tareas adicionales y relacionadas que en situaciones extraordinarias, y que en cualquier otra área requieran de su intervención, según instrucciones del Supervisor(a) del “Tool Room”, o personal representante de la unidad de negocio.
