Winooski, VT Full-Time Monday-Friday
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Experienced CNC Tool Maker wanted for a clean, stable precision manufacturing environment. Work with CNC and manual machines to build and maintain precision tooling, fixtures, and dies. $25-$35/hr + full benefits.

Position Overview

Preci Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Tool Maker / Machinist to support our tool room operations. This role is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling, fixtures, and dies used in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong machining skills who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with production and engineering teams. Work involves a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, high-temp alloys, and plastics. This role is primarily focused on toolmaking, repair, and support work rather than production machining.

Key Responsibilities

Build, assemble, and repair precision tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets

3+ years of toolmaking experience preferred (not required for strong candidates)
