Retail Team Member | Magic Springs Theme amp; Water Park
Position Type: Seasonal | Pay: Starting at $11.00/hour
Opening Day: Saturday, May 2

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with purchases, rentals, and/or cashier sales.
  • Deliver excellent guest service to all in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Stock, arrange, clean, and maintain retail merchandise, rental merchandise, supplies, and/or equipment.
  • Promote sales and discourage theft.
  • Assist inventory procedures, price-mark retail merchandise, and assist in retail, rentals, and/or attraction areas as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
  • Must have good attendance and punctuality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Previous customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
  • Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
  • Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision.
  • Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
  • Required to work in various weather conditions.
  • Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail.
