Toi Toi USA LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow business operations within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills who can identify market opportunities and execute effective sales strategies to support company goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding the overall customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between customer needs and company offerings.
  • Provide technical sales support by effectively communicating product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
