Job description

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture. Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.

Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Experience designing large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.

Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - preferred.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. TOGAF Certification.

Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
