  • Job Title: Group Fitness Instructor

  • Reports To: Group Fitness Manager
  • Hours Required: Part-Time / Flexible Scheduling
Position Overview:
The Group Fitness Instructor at TOCA Denver is responsible for leading high-energy, engaging group fitness classes in their certified specialty. You will serve as a motivator and guide to participants, delivering positive experiences through expert instruction, enthusiasm, and a commitment to health and safety.
Role Scope amp; Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes in your certified format with professionalism, energy, and clear instruction
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to participants, focusing on form, safety, and motivation
  • Arrive fully prepared to teach your assigned classes
  • If unable to teach a scheduled class, find a qualified substitute and notify the Group Fitness Manager in advance
Qualifications amp; Experience:
  • 0–1 years of experience in personal training, small group training, and/or group fitness instruction
  • General knowledge and experience in kinesiology, exercise science, and physical fitness
  • Must hold a current certification for the applicable class format (e.g., Les Mills or similar)
