- Employee-Ownership - TMC's Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) has given every eligible driver the chance to be an employee-owner of a share in the company (at absolutely no cost to them!).
- Performance-based percentage pay - While we do offer mileage pay, 98% of our fleet chooses percentage pay. Experienced drivers start out at 27%-30% of the load and can go as high as 34%.
