Step Down Unit Nights Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: 2 years Must have experience in vents, titration of pressors, and insulin drips. First-timers accepted: N Weekend REQ: 2 shifts every other weekend. For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

For night shift it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday -depends on who already is on rotation Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required Is on-call REQ? N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Float to floors that are lower acuity Open to accommodating block schedule?

N Locals accepted: N What is the local radius rule? 75 miles Pending License accepted: Y RTO Restrictions: None Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3-12s Special Requirements: Titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, chest tubes. Must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months.
