What You'll Do

As a Titration Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingto exceed growth targets.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
  • Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.
  • Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.

Territory & Location

This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout Houston and areas east of Houston, including Southwest and Central Louisiana. To effectively manage travel and customer engagement across the territory, candidates should be based in the Houston metropolitan area. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
