Ironhorse Funding is a leading provider of innovative, technology-driven, full spectrum finance solutions to consumers and dealers in the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine markets. We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs.
We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride.
We have an immediate need for a Titles Manager to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will lead the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets.
This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.
Your Leadership Mission
As Consumer Lending Titles Manager, you'll strengthen how we perfect and protect titles-so customers can move forward with confidence. This role exists to keep our titles operation compliant, accurate, and moving quickly, while living our Core Values-Serve & Help, Teamwork & Communication, Accountability, Adaptability, Respect & Integrity. Be a STAAR!
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Titles team's daily execution; delegate, review, and remove roadblocks
- Train, coach, and develop Titles Specialists; step in on tasks as needed
- Serve as escalation point for follow-ups; manage incoming requests and inquiries
- Oversee vendor relationships used throughout the titles process
- Stay current on required training (including AFSA) and uphold handbook policies
Required qualifications/skills:
- 5+ years titles experience; 3+ years titles leadership; 2+ years customer-facing
- Excel proficiency; strong judgment, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- High EQ communication and fast-paced time management
How Your Day Flows
You start onsite in Irving by syncing with the VP of Operations on priorities, aging items, and anything trending off pace-then you set the day's cadence for the department. You'll spend focused blocks reviewing queue health, scanning for exceptions, and making quick, sound calls that keep files moving.
Throughout the day, you'll be the calm escalation point-connecting with internal partners and vendors to clear title issues, while modeling Serve & Help and Respect & Integrity. You'll also carve out time to coach: a short huddle to reinforce standards, a 1:1 to develop a specialist, and a quick check that training and AFSA requirements stay on track.
By late afternoon, you're measuring progress, tightening handoffs, and adjusting to new priorities with Accountability, Adaptability, and Teamwork & Communication a STAAR!
