Ticor Title is seeking a relationship-focused and community-minded Sales Executive to grow and support our presence in Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working locally, building lasting connections, and supporting the success of real estate professionals and communities along the North Oregon Coast. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource to clients while helping expand Ticor Title's network and services throughout the region.
LOCATION
  • This role is onsite based in Seaside, OR.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Provide training, presentations, and ongoing support to clients
  • Represent Ticor Title at community events and industry functions
  • Collaborate with escrow and title teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Track sales activity and manage a pipeline of prospective and active clients

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real estate/title experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
