The Manager of Clinical Student Success and Operations provides
day-to-day operational leadership and coordination for the Office of
Clinical Student Success and Operations. Reporting to the Director for
Clinical Student Success and Operations, this position coordinates
departmental workflows, student tracking systems, board readiness
processes, operational projects, and cross-campus implementation of
initiatives that support student progression and success. The Manager
serves as the primary operational resource for staff across all
campuses, ensuring projects remain on schedule, information is
communicated effectively, and approved processes are implemented
consistently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education, healthcare administration,
medical education, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project
management skills.
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple
priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in undergraduate medical education.
Knowledge of osteopathic medical education and clinical education
operations.
Experience with educational technology platforms, dashboards, and
accreditation reporting
