Job Summary:

The Title Curative Staff is responsible for assisting with daily management of the assignments, lien releases, collateral, MERS, etc., associated with the transition of property.Â
Duties/Responsibilities:
·       Review completed title commitments and take those actions necessary to remove title exceptions, or requirements,
·       Verify vesting and obtain payoffs as needed
·       Be able to negotiate with creditors to resolve lines on title
·       Work with title insurance underwriting counsel to resolve complex issues regarding vesting and marketable title matters
·       Additional duties, as assigned by Supervisor/ManagerÂ
Experience Required:
Â
·     2+ years title industry experienceÂ
·     Attention to detail and the ability to work under time constraints and deadlinesÂ
·     Familiarity with title insurance commitments
·     Ability to work overtime at certain periods of the monthÂ
·     Strong MS Office experience preferred

·      College – Not required
·      High School – Required, or equivalent
