What You Will Be Doing:
  • Act as a Licensed Title Agent & Closer, leading the title process from start to finish
  • Manage all aspects of title documentation, review, and closings
  • Serve as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
  • Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures, HUDs, deeds, and related documentation
  • Handle escrow account tasks including disbursements, wire transfers, and reconciliations
  • Perform travel-based closings in Seminole County as needed
  • Ensure compliance and professionalism throughout the closing process

Experience & Skills You Will Need:
  • Florida Licensed Title Agent (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in title insurance processing, closing, or marketing
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Must bring a book of business and established client relationships
  • Preferred: Notary License, Spanish language skills, and real estate background
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education required
