Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Real Estate Paralegal role based in Boca Raton, FL. The Residential Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys with all phases of residential real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, closing documents, and related legal forms. Responsibilities include coordinating closings, communicating with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies, and tracking key deadlines throughout the transaction. The role involves conducting due diligence on properties, reviewing title commitments and surveys, and organizing files and documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant closings. The paralegal will also help maintain matter calendars, manage correspondence, and support attorneys with any additional administrative or transaction-related needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in legal document preparation for residential real estate matters, including contracts, closing packages, and related filings.
