Job description

Ruthbridge Legal Search is partnered with a nationally respected and growing organization seeking a Title Closing Agent to join its team. This role supports sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and offers exposure to high-level deals with the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-close

• Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, lenders, clients, and transaction stakeholders

• Prepare and review title commitments, policies, endorsements, and closing documentation

• Coordinate escrow activity, settlement funds, and closing deliverables

• Maintain organized transaction files and ensure a seamless closing process

• Communicate proactively and resolve issues throughout the transaction lifecycle


Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial title, escrow, or commercial real estate closings

• Strong understanding of title and closing processes

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
