Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Closing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, ensuring every file is handled accurately, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service.

Experience in title insurance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Open and maintain files in Qualia.
  • Review contracts and communicate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and vendors.
  • Order and review title searches, lien searches, surveys, HOA estoppels, and other required documentation.
  • Prepare title commitments and assist in resolving title issues.
  • Coordinate closing dates and prepare closing documents.
  • Balance lender packages and Closing Disclosures/ALTA Settlement Statements.
  • Conduct in-office and remote closings.
  • Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance regulations and underwriter requirements.
  • Record documents and coordinate post-closing activities, including title policy issuance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, or legal experience required.
  • Experience with Qualia is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
