POSITION: Commercial Title Assistant FULLTIME: LOA Coverage Through 9/7/26 LOCATION: Pasadena, CA SCHEDULE: 8AM-5PM M-F PAY RANGE: $26/HR (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.) JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings. Creates title files and abstracts documents for content and formatting to assure recordability. Receives physical packages, collating original signatures, uploading into electronical file, and processing original documents for closing. Prepare and complete tracker for portfolio and multisite closings. Summit documents for recording in appropriate jurisdiction and handle any rejections. Processes post-closing tasks including sending out closing packages, completing final policies, and uploading all documentation into electronic file. Provides customer service to customers and field escrow offices. Interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers. Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Strong detail orientation Leadership skills 4+ years title industry experience; commercial title experience a plus. Some title insurance knowledge or recording documents experience. Working Conditions:
  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
