About the Role


As a Title Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary paperwork, documents, and titles are processed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automotive titling experience and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, successful dealership environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Out-of-State Titling: Submit invoices and necessary documents to third-party out-of-state titling companies.
  • Title & Registration: Manage title and registration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Learning & Development: Stay up to date on DMV and state policies, both in-state and out-of-state.
  • Weekly & Monthly Reporting: Assist with weekly title reports, maintaining title schedules, and supporting month-end close.
  • High-Volume Communication: Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in title processing or related automotive industry roles highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive titling procedures (experience with out-of-state title processing preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of state and DMV policies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high call volume and tight deadlines.

Schedule

  • Full time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with some Saturdays required depending on month-end closing needs.
