Title Assistants often interact with clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information and help resolve issues that may arise during the transaction.

A title assistant plays a supportive role in closing a real estate transaction. Responsibilities include handling the necessary documents and files for the title insurance and escrow processes. Duties also include administrative tasks such as setting up appointments, answering phones, and communicating with the parties involved in the sale.
