What you'll be doing
The Tennessee Titans are looking for a relationship-driven, creative, and strategic Senior Manager, Programming & Booking - Plaza. This role will lead all public facing programming on the Plaza at Nissan Stadium.
The Senior Manager, Programming & Booking - Plaza will help shape the vision of how, when, and why the Plaza is programmed, ensuring that diverse, high-quality events are delivered. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship building, strategic leadership, and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation, launch, and long-term strategy of public facing programming for the Plaza at Nissan Stadium
  • Create Titans self-promoted programming, ensuring that events are a fit for the overall brand and organizational goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations and partners whose events may be a fit for the Plaza
  • Develop the operating budget for each event series, finding creative ways to generate revenue while focusing on the guest experience and community first programming
  • Collaborate with Titans departments, vendors, and tenant partners on the planning and successful execution of events
  • Partner with stakeholders on schedule of projects around the larger Nissan Stadium campus and East Bank site, ensuring that construction and events can successfully co-exist
  • Work with internal departments to build out the Plaza at Nissan Stadium brand, including but not limited to web presence, social media, and other marketing efforts
  • Conduct appropriate market research, network, and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring
Required Qualifications:
  • Is a visionary experience-builder who loves designing moments that feel special, memorable, and deeply connected to a brand's story
  • 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in venue programming, stadium operations, event planning, guest experience, project management, or experiential marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to establish successful relationships, work cross-functionally, and connect daily work to broader business goals and long-term vision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and a guest-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with Momentus Elite and AutoCAD
  • Strong project management skills, including experience overseeing complex timelines and calendars, multiple stakeholders, and organizational goals
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to deliver a diverse range of programming
  • Ability to work in fast-changing environments with an approach to problem solving that is both open-minded and collaborative
