Job description

What you’ll be doing

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Coordinator, AV & Stadium Production to join the Stadium Production team and manage the planning, coordination and execution of production elements for events at Nissan Stadium and the Vanderbilt Health Football Center. The successful candidate will ensure seamless technical operation and communication with event technicians, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences for external clients, internal clients, and event attendees.

  • Manage full cycle of production service for Special Events and Internal Meetings at Nissan Stadium and Vanderbilt Health Football Center
    • Develop production plans, equipment lists, and production orders
    • Prepare event estimates and ensure accurate invoices for settlements
    • Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to key stakeholders
    • Coordinate load-ins, set up, execution and strike
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and prepare production equipment
  • Contribute to equipment organization, inventory management and Standard Operating Guidelines
  • Assist in supervising Event Technician crew
  • Attend event planning meetings to gather relevant information needed to prepare the stadium and facilities for upcoming events
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide production support for Titans Football Games & Major Events at Nissan Stadium

 

Qualifications – What you’ll bring

 

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus on Production, Broadcast, AV, and Technology, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in production and/or studio operations (i.e., stadium, touring, venue, house of worship, broadcast, studio)
  • Expert knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to mixing consoles, intercom systems, wireless microphone systems, Dante, DSPs, Sony cameras, video switchers, and video playback
  • Capable of balancing multiple projects and various stages of production cycle at the same time while still delivering on time and on budget
  • Ability to convey highly technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate and receive detailed information in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Work Environment: Office / Stadium
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours; occasional nights, weekends and holidays
