Job description

Tennessee Titans Stadium Operations Assistant

The Tennessee Titans are looking for individuals to work as Stadium Operations Assistant on an as-needed basis. This is part-time position, working no more than 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stadium event equipment set up to include moving tables and chairs, assembling staging, dance floors, pipe and drape, etc.
  • Participate in the preparation, set up, and completion of conversions
  • With direction from the Stadium Event Operations Coordinator, execute event orders and diagrams to properly set up event space
  • Communicate with Events Team to match room sets to diagrams
  • Ensure rooms are set by designated time
  • Ability to change room sets on site when requested by client
  • Communicate to internal departments via radio
  • Have a positive approach to all tasks you undertake
  • Must operate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing event needs
  • Must be able to complete event safety checklists
  • Assist in keeping all equipment inventory up to date including tables, chairs, linens, etc.
  • Other duties as directed by Stadium Event Operations Coordinator
What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to drive a forklift and have proper certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance and set-up/tear-down in and arena/convention center/hotel environment a plus
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to extreme detail simultaneously and within deadlines
  • Ability to work on a crew in challenging/pressure situations
  • Ability to establish, develop, and maintain good working relationships with co-workers
  • Outgoing personality, energetic, and proactive approach to work
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Stadium / field
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 75lbs
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, and weekends. Schedule will include working some Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
