Job Description - What you'll be doing
The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Security Screening Specialist who will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive security screening procedures for all personnel and visitors entering Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. This critical role requires an individual who can balance rigorous security protocols with exceptional customer service while upholding our first-class standards and contributing to the good of the team.

  • Staff security checkpoints and perform screening procedures while maintaining respect for individuals and minimizing inconvenience.
  • Operate walk-through screening technology and x-ray machines
  • Ensure confidential and discreet handling of all sensitive screening information and processes
  • Uphold high standards of conduct, appearance, and communication during all security interactions.
  • Provide support to other security positions throughout the property as operational needs require, ensuring continuous and comprehensive security coverage across all facility areas.
  • Operate and maintain surveillance equipment and security systems per established protocols.
  • Conduct all interactions with employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements - What you'll bring
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or guest experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Perform well under pressure with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Works effectively in team and independent settings
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
License / Certification
  • Must have valid State of Tennessee Unarmed Security License or willingness to attain license in accordance with state law
  • CPR/First Aid/Stop the Bleed and AED training preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand, bend and lift objects necessary to perform primary duties
  • Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally
