Job description

About Titan

Titan is building the next-generation IT services platform through the acquisition and transformation of high-quality Managed Service Providers. We embed AI agents directly into service workflows, systematically improving service quality, efficiency, and margins.

Rather than selling software into MSPs, Titan operates the services layer itself—creating an AI-native operating system for SMB and mid-market IT infrastructure. Our long-term ambition is to scale this model across MSPs, MSSPs, and adjacent IT services, building a $100B+ category-defining company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Growth to build and scale Titan’s end-to-end growth engine.

You will own how Titan acquires, activates, expands, and retains customers across priority verticals and portfolio companies. This role translates Titan’s platform and operational advantages into durable revenue growth and strong unit economics.

You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own Titan’s full growth funnel (acquisition → activation → expansion → retention)

  • Design scalable acquisition and demand systems across channels

  • Improve onboarding, retention, and expansion performance

  • Establish experimentation, analytics, and growth reporting

  • Standardize growth playbooks across acquired companies

  • Accelerate post-acquisition GTM and funnel integration

  • Hire and lead a high-performing growth team

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue operations

  • Proven experience scaling B2B growth engines

  • Background in B2B SaaS, services, or platform businesses preferred

  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills

  • Track record of owning CAC, LTV, and retention metrics

  • High ownership mindset in fast-moving environments

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
  • Repeatable growth engine operating across priority verticals

  • Improved CAC efficiency and payback

  • Higher expansion revenue and net retention

  • Faster post-acquisition funnel integration

  • Clear experimentation and optimization cadence

The End State

This role builds the go-to-market engine that makes Titan the default IT partner for SMB and mid-market companies and defines the category of AI-native IT services. The systems created in this role power Titan’s expansion into a $100B company and form a lasting competitive moat driving pricing power and growth.
