Key job responsibilities
We are currently expanding our Network & Cable Decommissioning (NCD) team and are looking to hire a highly motivated, self-driven Network and Cabling Decommissioning Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (NCD-TIPM) with a robust technical understanding of network and Data Centre infrastructure

The NCD-TIPM will be responsible for the end-to-end global cabling decommissioning strategy and cabling tray capacity management processes.
We are currently expanding our Network & Cable Decommissioning (NCD) team and are looking to hire a highly motivated, self-driven Network and Cabling Decommissioning Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (NCD-TIPM) with a robust technical understanding of network and Data Centre infrastructure. The NCD-TIPM will be responsible for the end-to-end global cabling and physical network decommissioning strategy.
A day in the life
Work with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to define strategy and requirements to maximize life expectancy of our sites.
Responsible for scoping and delivering end-to-end solutions that may span multiple teams.
Collaborate with Network Engineering and software development teams and global process owners to architect and deliver technical solutions.
Responsible for using technical expertise and delivering network and cable decommissioning solutions to complex problems.
Work across organizations to create and drive process improvements and introduce efficiencies in the cable decommissioning space.
Own project roadmaps and lead implementation efforts.
Build process flows with stakeholders that seek balance between efficiencies and network safety.
Manage multiple global team goals and program-related metrics.
Work closely with partner teams to understand project requirements, define deliverables, develop roadmaps, and drive on-time delivery.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Global travel up to 25%.
