Job Description

Westgate Resorts is seeking an experienced Contract Processing Senior Manager to lead the daily operations of our Corporate Contract Processing Department onsite in Ocoee, FL. This leadership role is responsible for managing contract processing teams, improving workflows, driving operational efficiency, ensuring contract accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional departments including Sales, Deeding, Closing, and Project Management. 

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in timeshare operations, contract administration, contract processing, business operations management, process improvement, and team leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Corporate Contract Processing Department. 
  • Manage, mentor, coach, and develop contract processing team members to achieve departmental goals. 
  • Monitor productivity, contract accuracy, workflow effectiveness, quality standards, and service levels. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and cross-training initiatives to ensure operational consistency. 
  • Review and approve team member time records in compliance with payroll and company policies. 
  • Manage contract documentation, balance sheets, deposits, records management, administrative controls, and workflow processes. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Deeding, Closing Officers, and Project Management teams to resolve operational issues. 
  • Evaluate staffing levels and workload distribution to ensure timely contract processing. 
  • Support system implementations, workflow enhancements, process testing, and operational improvement initiatives. 
  • Handle escalated contract processing issues and provide strategic problem resolution.
  • Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty and responsibility. The requirements listed below represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    What You Will Bring:

    • 5-8 years of progressive experience in timeshare operations, contract processing, contract administration, business operations, or related fields. 
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. 
    • Experience managing teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. 
    • Proven success in workflow management, performance management, operational leadership, and process optimization.
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. 
    • Contract processing and contract administration expertise. 
    • Operations management and workflow optimization experience. 
    • Strong leadership, team development, and employee coaching abilities.
    • Process improvement and change management skills. 
    • Experience analyzing productivity metrics, reporting, and operational performance data. 
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business operations systems. 
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
