Buck Mason on the lookout for someone awesome to take the reins as our Coffee Shop Manager at Fast Times SoHo. We need someone who's not just a leader but a coffee-loving maestro, ready to train, inspire, and keep the vibe at Buck Mason standards. If you're all about communicating like a champ, making savvy decisions, and hospitality is your jam, you might just be the face we want behind the counter.
Responsibilities
  • Be the leader everyone looks up to, setting the bar high for performance.
  • Run those shifts like a boss - making sure the team is where they need to be, serving up top-notch hospitality, and sticking to Buck Mason's drink and food game plan.
  • Help whip our newbies into shape and keep the veterans up to date with the latest and greatest offerings.
  • Keep operations in check, making sure everyone is playing it safe.
  • Give your team the lowdown on what's working and what could be even better with some timely feedback.
  • Keep your coffee knowledge sharp through tastings, cuppings, and training sessions.
  • Whip up those delicious drinks and bites to our high-quality standards.
  • Make sure everyone's playing nice and safe.
Qualifications
  • At least one year experience of leading a team.
  • Possess a Food Safety Certification or ready to snag it within 30 days post-hire.
  • You're a math and computer whiz.
  • Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
