Process & Systems Analyst: This role is bridge between "what the system can do" and "what our people actually do with it" and exists to leverage technology tools, drive adoption, optimize configuration, provide training, and manage governance.

Core Responsibilities:
Be the connective tissue between BEC's operations and our technology ecosystem and understand both sides deeply enough to make them work together. (one-Community)
Drive adoption and change management for the technology roadmap. (full-Commitment)

                Qualifications:

                • Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
