Job description

Quality Control Shift Leader
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Quality Control Shift Leader for a company based in the Cleveland, TN area. The territory’s covered include Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Athens. In this role, you will supervisor on-site teams to inspect critical jobs to ensure accuracy of parts.
 
This position is a full time temporary to hire opportunity.
 
Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
Flexible to work any shift based on needs of contractual jobs
 
Quality Control Shift Leader Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Train inspectors for all pop-up job sites based on criteria of sort.
  • Provide technical expert on performing quality control inspections and parts rework.
  • Validate Inspectors are prepared with the tools, equipment and supplies for each Work Order 
  • Conduct multiple validations per Inspector per shift to ensure adherence to inspection instructions 
  • Perform data entry and timekeeping on behalf of your team with utmost accuracy
  • Travel to 
     
Quality Control Shift Leader Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Previous Quality Inspecting and/or supervisory experience
  • Clean MVR and reliable transportation 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dedication to customer service and an “expert-level” of knowledge about clients 
  • Lift 50lbs during workday (in office assessment will be conducted)
