What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Tile Tech, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Tile Tech, you need strong skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of tile, usually supported by a high school diploma or equivalent and on-the-job training. Familiarity with tile saws, trowels, levels, grout mixers, and reading blueprints is essential for quality installations.
